Adult cloth Diapers are cheaper and much better than disposable diapers

I have always preferred the plastic instead of the cloth-like outer cover on disposable diapers but I have not been able to find them for about 2 years. Does anyone know what brand still makes them with the plastic or where to find them? Thanks
